Our marketing plan for selling homes is proactive, aggressive, and above all, results driven. Today's technology makes it easier than ever for consumers to view any listing on the market. As agents, we can enter a home into the MLS, click a button, and watch it automatically appear on Zillow, Trulia, etc. Though this makes the data more accessible, it can also mean inaccurate information and, unfortunately, it can also make it harder for a buyer to distinguish one listing from another. After a certain point, they all tend to look the same. We wanted your listing to stand out from the crowd, so we decided to keep pushing.

Image is everything. The photographs buyers see online are the determining factor in choosing which houses to see in person. We spend more to hire only the best photographers in the GTA because we want our listings to be presented in the best possible light.
 

3. Drone Photos & Videos

The amount of time, effort and budget an engaged couple takes in selecting their videographer for their wedding applies exactly the same way to us when we selected the perfect drone videographers to create tours of our listings. The properties that we represent will have an incredible drone videos that will impress buyers.


4. 3D Floor Plans & Virtual Reality Tours
Prior to our putting your house on the market, our professional Virtual Reality Videographer will visit your home and will create a 3D Virtual Reality (VR) Tour of it. Potential buyers near and far will be able to view your property as if they were there.

5. Effective Staging
Every property that we market, our sellers have the opportunity to have a professional stager come to your home and offer insight into what can be done with your home to improve it or give you options to make it look even better. There is never an obligation to change anything or pay to stage it, just suggestions. By doing this, we have been able to sell homes much quicker than others on the market and sell homes that weren't able to be sold by other agents. Staging greatly improves the appearance of the home with minor changes to the house.
